At Barnabas & Co., we come alongside Asian American faith leaders to cultivate a life of flourishing, fruitfulness, and faithfulness in Christ. We have witnessed firsthand that when a leader's soul is healthy, their families, ministries, and organizations will be healthy as well.
Our hope and prayer is that we can continue to provide
valuable soul care for Asian American faith leaders at minimal or
reasonable cost.
As we look to 2026, we are looking to expand our vision in the
following ways:
- Expand our offerings to include more cohorts, retreats,
and workshops/trainings
- Expand our team to have more companions and
facilitators caring for the hearts of Asian American
faith leaders
- Expand our reach as we look into opportunities of serving Asian American pastors and ministry leaders beyond Southern California
