Helping leaders care for their most precious resource

Our aim at Barnabas & Co. is to offer soul care for pastors, missionaries, and those involved in full-time ministry free-of-charge.  We know firsthand the power and impact of receiving this kind of a ministry as a grace.  So in following the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:8 - "Freely you have received; freely give" - our hope and prayer is that we can continue to provide this kind of ministry for other Christian leaders in full-time vocational ministry as a grace. 

That is why at B&C, we have opted to raise support ourselves.  This enables us to offer shepherding and care to pastors and other ministry leaders for no cost - thereby eliminating any financial hurdles for these leaders to receive the care that they need. 

As we look to 2024, we are looking to increase our base of monthly partners. P23 a cohort experience designed specifically for pastor’s wives and women in ministry.   This cohort consists of three retreats over the span of 5 months, with each retreat being 2-nights/3-days.  In-between the retreats, we will be meeting in apprentice small groups designed to deepen our connection to God and others.  

Each retreat offers a sacred, slowed-down space to nourish your own spiritual growth while connecting deeply with other women who understand your unique journey. Through prayer, reflective practices, and meaningful conversation, this cohort will equip you to reclaim your spiritual vitality and cultivate a life rooted in purpose and peace. You'll discover practical tools for personal renewal, find support in community, and experience God’s presence in new, refreshing ways.

This cohort is a chance to step back, reflect, and re-align with God’s calling—without the pressure of roles and responsibilities. Whether you're looking to deepen your intimacy with God or simply find rest for your soul, this cohort is for you. Join us in this sacred journey towards renewal and transformation!

The Be Free Cohort is 3-month journey toward restoration specifically targeted towards pastors and ministry leaders. The cohort is designed to be a space where leaders can meet with other leaders and spend intentional time engaging and hearing from the Lord in a retreat setting. This cohort will be a combination of gathering together in a small group community and also meet one-on-one with a Be Free team member who will provide individual care and direction towards living more free.   

We will go through the Be Free material in a series of three retreats - along with three mid-month check-ins (in-person or online). This will be a time of learning but also developing practices that we can incorporate in our lives to move us towards thriving, instead of just surviving. In between each retreat, you will have a personalized one-on-one session with a team member who is trained in the Be Free material.
